A: You must place your order by Friday in order to ship the following Monday or Tuesday depending on your location. However we will do our absolute best to ship the orders that come in during the weekend.
A: Keep them in the freezer, but thaw the ones you want to use overnight in the refrigerator.
A: No, Our FedEx service does not deliver to P.O. boxes. Depending on where you live your delivery may come on a Saturday. Your order will spoil because it is not deliverable to a closed business. Juicealot is not responsible for this. If you live on the West coast, you might be able to get away with it but you are taking a chance of the driver’s choice not delivering to a business and your content could end up spoiling. Using a business address or a P.O. box risks a delay of many days. We do not guarantee the quality of orders shipped to business addresses, nor to P.O. Boxes, therefore we will not refund or issue credits for such orders.
A: Our juices are shipped using FedEx "ground home delivery"; they are packed in a sturdy box with recycled foam and dry ice in order to insure you enjoy a safe and a delicious meal. The actual cost of a package can be as high as $65.00. However we have chosen to charge you only $25.00 and absorb the difference ourselves.
A: Your order will be sent out one week after the holiday week. We do not ship on these weeks due to FedEx scheduling:

A: Once a shipping label is created, an automatic email will be sent to you with a direct link to your FedEx tracking information. Please check your email to make sure you are receiving our notices (in case they are in your SPAM filter). In the event that you do not receive the tracking information, please notify us immediately. (Tracking information is sent to you every week no later than the following Tuesday at 6pm Pacific Time).
A: No. FedEx will leave your package on your doorstep. Please keep in mind that the content is perishable and should be retrieved as soon as possible after delivery. If left outside too long, it will spoil.
A: Currently we deliver anywhere within the Continental United States.
A: Our boxes are packed with the right amount of dry ice so that the product arrives in a cold state. It does not need to be frozen solid.
A: Juicealot can certainly accommodate your specific dietary needs; however the group-buy specials available through third party sites such as Groupon, Living Social, Gilt City, etc. are for a preset menu that cannot be customized. This is due to the high volume of vouchers we redeem and the preset menu status associated with these deals as advertised on the voucher purchase site.
A: We are mostly organic; we purchase organic ingredients when possible. We sometimes need to use ingredients that are not organic due to seasonality.
